Over the last 29 years our family owned and operated restaurants in Belton, Lenexa and Overland Park have developed a loyal following. Our food is made to order which allows us to prepare it any way you want it!
Our steak is lean and marinated in a special mixture of spices that can only be enjoyed at the Chartroose Caboose. Our exclusive spice gives our Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches a mouth watering flavor that our customers can't seem to live without. While others promote the length of their buns, we like to focus on the 6 oz of steak we put on our Philly Cheesesteak sandwich!
If steak is not your first choice, we will be happy to make you a Turkey, Ham, or Chicken cheesesteak. All of our Philly Cheesesteak sandwich combinations can now be made into a wonderful Philly WRAP or SALAD.
Our customers love to watch us prepare their sandwiches on a hot grill with onions, mushrooms and peppers. We have named many of our popular combinations after trains. However, you are not limited by these choices and we will cheerfully add whatever ingredients you like. Your choices include: different kinds of cheese, jalepeno peppers, our own hot or mild barbecue sauce, buffalo sauce, and olives.
